• Possesses Theological Degree

• Responsible for nurture and growth of cell groups 

• Provide pastoral care and support to cell group leaders  

• Has working experience in cell group ministry 

 
Lay Ministry Staff (Youth)

• Possesses Theological Degree

• Lead the Youth Ministry 

• Has passion for youth work  

• Has experience working with youth  

• Proactive and can initiate and run programs independently
